Who We've Worked With
We were commissioned by leading interior design and build practice HÁM interiors to develop their tone of voice and to re-write their portfolio, ‘services’ and ‘about’ pages for their website. A family-run business, we felt that this was an important point of difference for HÁM and we spent time interviewing the Cox’s to draw out more about their backgrounds, influences and expertise. This ensured that the tone of HÁM’s website reflects the warm and personal approach of this remarkably talented family.
We created a tone of voice and house style guide; a critical resource for the entire team to ensure consistency across all of HÁM’s communications. We also thoroughly researched HÁM’s extensive body of work to re-write their portfolio, giving details about the briefs, the materials chosen and special architectural and design features, helping to add insight and context to their beautiful imagery.
“Working with Ros and Jess has been a great experience. We loved their approach and they really got to know us and our story. This meant they captured our voice and feel in a way that felt really authentic to our small business.”
Katie Cox, Interior Designer, HÁM interiors
Boutique Cotswold hotel group Country Creatures commissioned Studio Home Page to write compelling search engine-optimised posts for their Creature Chat blog. We developed the blog’s tone of voice, and regularly devise concepts and write original, thoroughly researched posts which tie in with Country Creatures’ business objectives.
As there is great synergy between the Country Creatures customer and the readers of our own magazine The Home Page, we also syndicate certain features to Country Creatures. This has provided their blog with rich, evergreen content which is both relevant and useful to their audience, showing a deep understanding of who their customer is and what they enjoy.
“Jess and Ros and have been fantastic contributors to our blog for the last couple of years with some beautifully written and varied content, always delivered on time. They have great ideas for content and deliver well researched and original pieces with a great understanding of our requirements. They are a pleasure to work with!”
Susannah Sheppard, Marketing Manager, Country Creatures
Sophie Ford, the Founder and Creative Director of interior design practice Pringle & Pringle, approached Studio Home Page to write all the copy for the relaunch of her website. We spent time interviewing Sophie to get a deep understanding of her approach, design process and style, to ensure that the tone and content of her website felt both authentic and authoritative. After crafting the Pringle & Pringle tone of voice, we developed her brand’s strapline and created a dedicated house style guide as a cornerstone for all communications from her business. We then wrote all the copy for the new Pringle & Pringle website; from Sophie’s ‘about’, ‘services’ and ‘approach’ pages to write-ups for her portfolio, providing potential clients both inspiration and insight.
We continue to write an inspiring monthly search engine-optimised blog for the Pringle & Pringle site, positioning Sophie’s brand as a go-to resource for stylish and practical interior design inspiration.
“Storytelling is what we do in our clients houses but in the same way that our clients don’t know how to tell their story through interior design we didn’t really know how best to tell our story to help potential clients understand more about us, our ethos and what we do. Jess and Ros interviewed Sophie, our founder and Creative Director, and then used their storytelling skills to provide the text for our new website. With this came additional advice on website layout and SEO. It’s been such a joy working with them and they have such a way with the written word that every time we have something to say we ask them to write it for us!”
The owners of much-loved interiors emporium Home Barn approached Studio Home Page to develop their voice and create an inspiring series of design blogs, based on their business requirements. Using SEO best-practice, we collated a list of suitable keywords for the brand and created a house style guide as an essential reference point for all Home Barn communications.
Based on seasonality and Home Barn’s sales priorities, we developed and wrote a series of compelling, search engine-optimised blog posts to drive traffic to the Home Barn website. This cemented Home Barn as an authority on home styling and design, and created compelling and valuable content created for their audience to bookmark and return to time and again.
“Jess and Ros are so very approachable. Having described our needs, they quickly interpreted our requirements and suggested a plan of how we could work together. They delivered what we wanted, ahead of time and have always exceeded our expectations. The Studio Home Page team are in tune with current market conditions and trends and are able to deliver current and relevant content and advice just when we need it. We look forward to developing a business relationship with Jess and Ros and truly appreciate their dynamic, no nonsense approach.”
